This shop is like A1 Sauce.... I met Eric when he first moved to Sayreville through a friend. I have a small buisness and at the time my mechanic in Perth Amboy was screwing me around in getting my vehicles on the road the same day or putting me on the back burner.
Nevertheless, I bring one of my cargo Van's to Eric and I told him what I thought was the problem. He calls me back a few hours later and tells me to pick up the vehicle. I get there and he told me what the problem was and I ask him how much and he tells me dont worry about any charges because he only tightened up a few things that didn't take up any time.

I was amazed at his honesty and from that point forward I started bringing all my vehicles to him and only him. I have 2 trucks, 3 cargo Van's and a personal vehicle and I only bring my vehicles to him. Just recently hand a problem with a Banshhee 4x4 and he showed me how to change a clutch on my quad.

He is a very honest person, does awesome work and always goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and my buisness .

I bring my vehicles to him blindly and there is never any thought in my mind that he will beat me for my money.

Eric and his team were very professional and communicative. I had a diagnostic assessment performed on a car that is 13 years old and Eric was very honest on what the car needed repaired in order to continue driving it safely and what could wait a few more months. I had my brake light switch repaired as there was no power when the brakes were pressed and the control arm was loose -- both integral to driving on the road safely. The car is still driving great and will be taken to Eric's for further work. Thanks, Eric!

I have been a customer for 10 years. Honest and easy to work with! My car broke down 10 years ago... and I was able to get it to Erics. Within a few min, they were able to diagnose the problem and then fix it (which took a few hours). My kids were in daycare and it was closing. After the car was fixed, they knew I was going to be late, so they said, grab the kids and circle back so you can pay us. I was thankful. All these years later, I have gotten honest opinions and they were helpful when there were issues. Just a great group of guys! Highly recommend their work and integrity!!!

My mechanic Benny started working here a while back so I followed him to Eric's. I love this place. The entire team, Eric, Tom & Benny are all honest, knowledgeable, & hardworking mechanics and their rates are affordable. You get quality work for a great price. They have treated me very well and have helped me immediately when I had car emergencies and had to have my car towed there. Also, if you have to wait for an hour or so, you can go next door to the bagel shop and eat. I always highly recommend them to friends and people I know. I will go nowhere else as long as I live in Middlesex County.

First rate shop. I have a luxury car and I am generally wary of having work done with non-dealers especially now that car engines are heavily electronic. However these guys do first rate work at very attractive prices and appear to have kept up with electronic developments via certifications. I recommend them.

Very honest! Went in for a oil change and he fixed a rattle didn't even charge me to fix it or his time it took!!

I've been coming here for years! I'm pretty sure it's switched owners since back when I first started because the name has slightly changed, but I still get good service. I feel as though this is a place you can go to and not get ripped off. I can go in for a simple oil change and leave without the mechanic telling me I need 5 other things done to my car. There are times when he does let me know when I should start planning to have work done, but it's seldom. There are times, like today, that I asked he check my front tire because it seemed to be low on air and I had just filled it a few days ago. He checked it, said he didn't see anything in it and also said the back was low, so he filled both.

Also informed me my inspection was past due! Oops!

Oil change was $30! In and out. Love this place!

On Christmas of 2015 I went out and treated myself to a Mercedes e63 . The car is a rocket ship! But it's also a 2009 and the last owner didn't like to spend money on upkeep. Eric took upon himself to preform a through inspection and estimate report. Now I had a choice. I could keep it or return it. Well I kept it and after a few visits ( I returned as I was able to afford certain repairs) it's running as smooth as new. He's very knowledgable and always willing to look into it for you. You just can't help but feel like you got a friend in the Business.

This is our family auto mechanic establishment since about 2006. Here is why: they don't suggest unnecessary repairs, they are reasonably priced and they don't rush the explanations as to what needs to be done to your vehicles. They have provided guidance for us on both new and classic vehicles and always take time to answer our sometimes ridiculous questions. They have worked on our Cadillacs, BMWs, Mercedes, Chevys, Subarus, Volvos and Jeeps over the years. Nice people, qualified, trained and patient. Eric, Tom and Ben are great at what they do and know how to speak to people. I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

I was coming to Eric's Auto since I moved into East Brunswick almost 20 years ago. It was a referral then.

Over the years they took care of several of my cars. I would not be able complain about them even if I wanted too. The repairs they do always reasonably priced and done right. They are professionals and judging by certificates on the wall, they keep current with technology.

Overall great place to go. I trust them with my car any day of the week.

Benny, Eric and Thomas are the best. I recommend Eric's Premier Auto Center to everyone and am always sharing about what great service they provide. I am sitting at the shop now because my alternator is having trouble. I thought I'd write a review to pass the time. Eric took my car in right away and wants to get me back on the road immediately before they close. I know he will. These guys are men of their word. I have been bringing my cars here for years and would not be on the road, commuting between two jobs, one in Newark and one in Red Bank, had it not been for the great care/service they provide. Both my cars were used so random maintenance issues always pop up. I followed my guy Benny to this place and am very happy I did. I just finished my review and Tom just told me, "your car is ready". I never go anywhere else.
